Trainings (Updated Feb 28)

Mar. 1, 9 AM,  Webinar:  Multi-Omics Data Analysis

Multi omics approaches to data analysis is becoming more and more popular providing a better understanding of the system under study. In this webinar we will combine transcriptomics and proteomics data and demonstrate how you can quickly identify correlations between genes and proteins. The results will be visualized in a number of different plots.

Mar. 8,  10 AM,  Webinar: RNA-seq and Single cell data analysis

In this webinar we will show examples on how to work with RNA-seq as well as Single cell data. We will use different public datasets from various sources like 10X Genomics, TCGA and GEO. We will visualize data and interactively work with data using various plot types, like PCA, Heatmaps, t-SNE, Volcano and Box plots.

Mar. 15, 9 AM,  Webinar: Explore large datasets and make new discoveries

The webinar shows how you can interactively work with your data to make new discoveries using UMAP and t-SNE plots, PCA plots with networks, heatmaps with hierarchical clustering and kmeans++ clustering. We also cover how you can filter using variance filtering, elimination of batch effects and removal of influence from covariates.

Mar. 17, 10 AM,  Webinar: Pathway analysis with Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA)

Learn how to use Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) to analyze datasets using functional information such as pathways in Qlucore Omics Explorer. The Qlucore GSEA workbench is fully integrated in Qlucore Omics Explorer. It is easy to use and with fast ranking of provided pathways (lists of genes), making it ideal for biologists.

Mar. 22, 8 AM,  Basic Training: Get started analyzing data

Free online hands-on training. Learn how to easily analyze your experiment data yourself. This is an introduction on how you can explore and analyze experiment data using a highly visual and interactive tool in a number of hands-on exercises. You do not need any previous experience with Qlucore Omics Explorer. Course material and a training license will be sent out prior to the course.
