About this Class

This two-part lecture will provide an overview of RNA-Seq technology, its various application and shortcomings, as well as detailing the steps involved in analyzing the resulting data. Part II This second part of the talk will cover quantification of gene expression, differential gene expression and the use of visualization techniques to further analyze and to effectively communicate the salient points of the data and analysis.
