Learn more: Explore your data to make new discoveries – hands on training

Free online course. In this course you will learn how to work with a number of plots and methods to find clusters in datasets, using PCA with networks, t-SNE plots, hierarchical clustering in heatmaps and kmeans++ clustering. We will have a look at elimination of batch effects. We will also see how you can build a signature from a public dataset, and how you can use a dataset to build classifiers using machine learning algorithms for prediction. The training includes a number of hands-on exercises. Course material and a training license will be sent out prior to the course.
