Partek Flow Webinar Multiomics Data Analysis in Partek Flow®
Join us for this online session where a Partek scientist will demonstrate how to analyze Single Cell RNA-Seq data using a multiple-sample experiment design in Partek Flow, which is the bioinformatics software that is available for NCI researchers. During this webinar session, we will discuss how to classify cell types in each sample individual and automatically combine the classification information across all samples, followed by how to perform cell type abundance analysis and pseudo bulk RNA data analysis in the project. Lastly we will talk about how to use Garnett to automatically classify cell types.
